Leadership

Change is inevitable. I intend to educate individuals about the best and most effective leadership skills which will allow them to adapt to change.

Leaders are not born, but rather, they are made. Not everyone is initially fit to lead, but I believe that leaders can be developed over time. The first step to becoming an exceptional leader is open mindedness and an inclination to lifelong learning. Hence the saying goes "leaders are readers".  Additionally, disciplined thinking, emotional regulation, and understanding human nature are some of the cornerstones of leadership development.

Unfortunately, these valuable skills are essential but not typically taught in schools and educational institutions. Lack of these skills results in an increased level of stress, unhappiness, emptiness, and burn-out within the work environment and at home.

My leadership development programs, including the Global Leadership Initiative, will be established through lectures and seminars, structured in a way that focuses on developing key techniques such as self-awareness, discipline, influence and knowledge of others.
